Coleman Dump & Go provides Junk Removal, Debris Hauling, Estate Cleanouts, Appliance Removal, Furniture Removal, Demolition Service, Yard Waste Removal, Garage Cleanout and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Ownership. Coleman Dump & Go (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
End of Use. Coleman Dump & Go may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
No Warranties. Coleman Dump & Go disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Coleman Dump & Go's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Coleman Dump & Go harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under OH law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in OH for any related dispute.
Term Changes. Coleman Dump & Go may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
